Class A Funding Conditions definition

Class A Funding Conditions means, with respect to any Class A Advance requested by HVF II pursuant to Section 2.2, the following shall be true and correct both immediately before and immediately after giving effect to such Class A Advance:
Class A Funding Conditions means, with respect to any Class A Advance requested by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 2.2(a) (Class A Advances) of the Issuer Facility Agreement, the following shall be true and correct both immediately before and immediately after giving effect to such Class A Advance, provided that paragraphs (d) and (f) below shall not apply to Class A Reserve Advances:

Examples of Class A Funding Conditions in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including, with respect to any Class A Advance, satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the aggregate principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time.

  • Subject to the terms of this Series 2013-A Supplement, including satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time.

  • Subject to the terms of this Series 2021-A Supplement, including satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time; provided that any such increase in the aggregate principal amount of the Class A Notes shall occur four (4) or more U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to any Payment Date.

  • Subject to the terms of this Series 2013-B Supplement, including satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the WEIL:\96021961\2\52399.0016 aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time.

  • A Class A Delayed Funding Purchaser that delivered a Class A Delayed Funding Notice in respect of a Class A Delayed Amount shall be obligated to fund such Class A Delayed Amount on the related Class A Delayed Funding Date in the manner set forth in the next succeeding sentence, irrespective of whether the Commitment Termination Date shall have occurred on or prior to such Class A Delayed Funding Date or the Issuer would be able to satisfy the Class A Funding Conditions on such Class A Delayed Funding Date.

  • Subject to the terms of this Series 2013-B Supplement, including satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the aggregate principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time.

  • Subject to the terms of this Series 2021-A Supplement, including satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time.

  • For some women, there may be a mix of different factors that need to be considered for equal participation, such as age, disability, finances, language or culture.

  • Subject to the terms of this Series 2020-1 Supplement, including satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased from time to time.

  • Upon HVIF’s request in accordance with Section 2.2(a)(i) upon satisfaction of the Class A Funding Conditions, each Class A Noteholder shall fund Class A Advances (whether as a Class A Non-Delayed Amount or a Class A Delayed Amount) from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2(a)(v) below.
