Class A-2F Regular Interest. The uncertificated interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC III, which shall consist of an interest having a Class Principal Balance equal to the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-2F Certificates, and which has a Pass-Through Rate equal to the per annum rate of 6.5030% in respect of each Distribution Date.
