REMIC III Regular Interests definition

REMIC III Regular Interests means, collectively, the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-SB Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates, Class F Certificates, Class G Certificates, Class H Certificates, the EC REMIC III Regular Interests and the Class X REMIC III Regular Interests.

REMIC III Regular Interests. The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC III designated as "regular interests" in the table titled "REMIC III Interests" in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The REMIC III Regular Interests, together with the Class R-3 Residual Interest, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC III Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

REMIC III Regular Interests means, collectively, the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-AB Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-J Certificates, Class X-1 Certificates, Class X-2 Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates, Class F Certificates, Class G Certificates, Class H Certificates, Class J Certificates, Class K Certificates, Class L Certificates, Class M Certificates, Class N Certificates, Class O Certificates, Class P Certificates and Class Q Certificates.

Examples of REMIC III Regular Interests in a sentence

• The REMIC III Regular Interests shall constitute the assets of REMIC IV.

• The REMIC III Regular Interests shall be designated as the Regular Interests in REMIC III and the R-III interest shall be designated as the Residual Interest in REMIC III.

• On each Distribution Date, the amount of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls on the REMIC III Regular Interests shall be allocated to each Class of Certificates, pro rata, in proportion to the amount of Accrued Certificate Interest payable to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date, in each case reducing interest otherwise payable thereon.

References to REMIC III Regular Interests will, with respect to the Class P Certificates, be considered to refer to the Class P REMIC Interest that is a "regular interest" in REMIC III, where appropriate.

REMIC III Regular Interests. The Classes of Regular Interests in the REMIC III Trust Fund designated as "regular interests" in the table titled "REMIC III Interests" or the notes thereto in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
