Class A-2 Certificate Rate definition

Class A-2 Certificate Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A-2 Certificates, 5.35% per annum.
Class A-2 Certificate Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A-2 Certificates, 5.61% per annum.
Class A-2 Certificate Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, a fixed per annum rate equal to 6.15%.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Certificate Rate

Class A-2 Certificate Rate. On any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (a) one-month LIBOR plus [____]%, or one-month LIBOR plus [____]% following the Optional Termination Date, and (b) the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Certificate Rate. For the first Distribution Date, 5.5300% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class A-2 Margin, (2) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
