Clal Venture Capital. LP is entitled to transfer all of its shares in the Company to its partners, provided that each Transferee, upon receipt of the shares, will join this Agreement and undertake all of Purchaser's obligations hereunder and will be considered henceforth a member in the Clal Group for the purpose of this Section 9.
