City Unit definition

City Unit means any one or more vehicle, dump truck, loader, backhoe or other piece of equipment of the City and/or one City employee.
City Unit means the Unit with that designation described on Exhibit B and shown on the Survey Map and Plans. Where the context indicates, references to the City Unit include such Unit’s Allocated Interest in the Common Elements.
