Citizens Marks definition

Citizens Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Buyer acknowledges and agrees with Seller that Seller has the absolute and exclusive proprietary right to all names, marks, trade names, trademarks and corporate symbols and logos incorporating "Citizens" and "CZN" (collectively and together with all other names, marks, trade names, trademarks and corporate symbols and logos owned by Seller or any of its Affiliates, the "Citizens Marks"), all rights to which and the goodwill represented thereby and pertaining thereto are being retained by Seller.

  • Within ninety (90) days after the Closing Date, Buyer shall cease using any Citizens ▇▇▇▇ and shall remove from the Assets any and all Citizens Marks.

Related to Citizens Marks

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

  • Marks has the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.
