Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.
Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.
Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.
Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;
Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.
Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.
Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.
Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.
Public Areas means (1) public parks, playgrounds, trails, paths and other recreational areas; (2) other public open spaces; (3) scenic and historic sites; and (4) sites for schools and other public buildings and structures.
Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.
