Children’s Cabinet definition

Children’s Cabinet. Means the committee of child-serving state commissioner’s (DOE, DCS, DIDS, TennCare, DOH, DHS/DRS, and TDMHDD), pediatricians, and stakeholders formed to resolve Interagency Disputes, issues, and priorities regarding IDEA and arising from this Agreement. Such matters shall be resolved in accordance with the resolution mechanism set forth in See Article Five J.- Resolution Mechanism hereof.

Related to Children’s Cabinet

  • Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;

  • Children means all dependants named on a policy (not including spouse).

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);

  • Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.
