Charitable fundraising platform definition

Charitable fundraising platform means any person or entity that uses the internet to provide a website, service, or other platform to persons in California, and performs, permits, or otherwise enables acts of solicitation to occur. Acts of solicitation include solicitations performed as a consulting, coventuring, peer-to-peer, or soliciting charitable fundraising platform.
