Change Order Documents definition

Change Order Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.4.
Change Order Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.04. “City” means the City of San Diego, California.

  • The Design Professional shall also schedule design coordination meetings directly with the CM/GC for the purpose of collaborating and coordinating the development of Component Construction Documents, GMP Change Order Documents, final design and the Overall Project Schedule.

  • If Landlord desires to make a change to the Approved Construction Documents, Landlord shall deliver notice of the proposed change to Tenant, together with any material drawings, specifications and other documents necessary to show or describe the proposed change (“Change Order Documents”) (provided, however, Landlord shall not be held liable to any Tenant Party if Landlord, absent bad faith, inadvertently delivers to Tenant incomplete or Change Order Documents in connection with such change).

  • If, within three (3) Business Days after the delivery of such Change Order Documents showing or describing the proposed material change to the Approved Construction Documents, Tenant gives notice to Landlord that Tenant objects to such change, which notice shall be accompanied by Tenant's recommendation of any modifications reasonably required to make the change acceptable to Tenant, then Landlord shall either withdraw the proposed change or modify the same in accordance with Tenant's recommendation.

  • Within five (5) Business Days after receipt by the individual designated by the City pursuant to Section 4.04(b) of all Change Order Documents related to any Major Change Order subject to the City’s approval, the City shall deliver written notice to PCL either approving such Major Change Order or disapproving such Major Change Order and specifying the reasons for such disapproval.

Related to Change Order Documents

  • Order Document means any official Purchaser document and attachments thereto specifying the Software to be purchased from the Vendor under this Contract.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
