Change Designation definition

Change Designation means a notice in the form set forth in Exhibit F exercising the right to substitute Airframes set forth in Section 2.04.

Examples of Change Designation in a sentence

  • Before the Election Date for each Plan Year, each Participant will be entitled to submit or modify an Enrollment and Change Designation which will change the amount of Supplemental Savings Contributions that will be made to this Plan for the Plan Year.

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.

  • Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • Series A Certificate of Designations has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Conversion Period has the following meaning:

  • Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation to be filed prior to the Closing by the Company with the Secretary of State of Delaware, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Partnership Unit Designation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.A hereof.

  • Restated Certificate means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Designation Agreement means a designation agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit G attached hereto, entered into by a Bank and a Designated Lender and accepted by the Administrative Agent.

  • Designation has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19.

  • Preferred Proponent means the Proponent that is invited into negotiations in accordance with the evaluation process set out in this RFP;

  • Charter Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Fundamental Change Company Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.02(c).
