Examples of Unit Designation in a sentence

  • Subject to the rights of any Holder of any LLC Interest set forth in a Unit Designation: (a) Classes of LLC Interests.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, in any Unit Designation or in the Put Option Agreement, no Person, including, without limitation, any Member or Assignee, shall have any preemptive, preferential, participation or similar right or rights to subscribe for or acquire any LLC Interest.
