  • Initial Invested Amount means, for the Series 2019-4 Notes and for a date, $805,922,000. However, the Initial Invested Amount will be reduced by the initial Note Balance of any Series 2019-4 Notes that are no longer Outstanding on the day before the start of the Early Amortization Period.

  • Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.
