CGI Contract definition

CGI Contract means that certain Application Service Provider and Outsourcing Agreement, dated June 1, 2000, between Applied Terravision Systems, Inc. (predecessor to CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc) and Range, as such contract may have been amended as of the date hereof.
CGI Contract means any Contract: (a) to which CGI is a party; (b) by which CGI or any CGI Intellectual Property or any other asset of CGI is or may become bound or under which CGI has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which CGI has or may acquire any right or interest.
