Certification Binding Documents definition

Certification Binding Documents shall include any Binding Document categorized as such on the Binding Documents web page, and generally includes certification standards, policies and rules.

  • In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim between RA and ORGANIZATION relating to the Binding Documents, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through informal discussions (or, if related to certification or a certificate, then in accordance with the Certification Binding Documents).

Related to Certification Binding Documents

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Certification Parties As defined in Section 11.09.
