Insured Certificates. The Class 1-1A2, Class 1-2A2, Class 2-1A2, Class 2-2A3 and Class 2-2A6 Certificates. Insured Expenses: Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

Insured Certificates. Funds received by the Trustee as a result of any claim under the Policy shall be deposited by the Trustee in the Policy Payments Account and used solely for payment to the Holders of the Insured Certificates and may not be applied to satisfy any costs, expenses or liabilities of the Master Servicer, the Trustee or the Trust Fund. Any funds remaining in the Policy Payments Account on the first Business Day following a Distribution Date shall be remitted to the Certificate Insurer, pursuant to the instructions of the Certificate Insurer, by the end of such Business Day.
