Centurylink Premises definition

Centurylink Premises means any CenturyLink data center or other CenturyLink facility.

Related to Centurylink Premises

  • Bank Premises means the banking houses, drive-in banking facilities, and teller facilities (staffed or automated) together with adjacent parking, storage and service facilities and structures connecting remote facilities to banking houses, and land on which the foregoing are located, and unimproved land that are owned or leased by the Failed Bank and that have formerly been utilized, are currently utilized, or are intended to be utilized in the future by the Failed Bank as shown on the Accounting Record of the Failed Bank as of Bank Closing.

  • public open space means an open space area conveyed or

  • business premises means the “premises” on which a “business” is conducted, property rented in whole or in part to others, or held for rental.

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.
