Cendant Loan Sale Date definition

Cendant Loan Sale Date. The date that the Cendant Mortgage Loans were transferred to the Transferor as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the heading "Loan Sale Date."
Cendant Loan Sale Date. The date that the Loan Seller purchased the Mortgage Loans from Cendant pursuant to the Cendant Purchase and Servicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of July 1, 2005, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Loan Sale Agreement means the Commercial Loan Sale Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Originator and the Trust Depositor, as such agreement may be amended, modified, waived, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Home Equity Loan means a loan or funded or unfunded portions of a line of credit secured by a mortgage on a one-to four-family residences or stock of cooperative housing association, where the Failed Bank did not have a first lien on the same property as collateral.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Each of CREFI, GACC and JPMCB, and their respective successors in interest.

  • National City Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the National City Mortgage Loans, the Master Seller’s Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2001, between the Transferor and National City, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the National City Mortgage Loans.

  • Sale Date means the date that the Bonds are awarded by the District to the winning bidder.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Initial Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan conveyed to the Trust Fund on the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement as identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule delivered to the Trustee on the Closing Date.

  • Net Purchased Loan Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations sold and/or contributed to the Buyer by the Seller (directly or indirectly) hereunder prior to such date plus (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations acquired by the Buyer other than from the Seller prior to such date, in each case calculated as of the date of the Buyer’s acquisition thereof.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).

  • Note A-1 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.
