Cell Tower Company Intermediary definition

Cell Tower Company Intermediary means a company (which may itself be a Wireless Provider) that leases from the Borrower some or all of the Property subject to an Easement and sub-leases or sub-licenses some or all of the Cell Tower to a third party Wireless Provider.
Cell Tower Company Intermediary means a company (which may itself be a Wireless Provider) that leases from the Company or a Subsidiary some or all of the Property subject to an Easement and sub-leases or sub-licenses some or all of the Cell Tower to a third party Wireless Provider.

Related to Cell Tower Company Intermediary

  • CLO Asset Manager means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, the entity that is responsible for managing or administering the underlying assets of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, the assets of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the Directing Holder).

  • Limited Liability Company Interests means the entire limited liability company membership interest at any time owned by any Pledgor in any limited liability company.

  • CDO Asset Manager with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CDO, shall mean the entity that is responsible for managing or administering a Note as an underlying asset of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, as an asset of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the holder of such Note).

  • CFS means cubic feet per second.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that is able to operate in cogeneration mode;

  • CGS means the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • Company Interests has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.

  • TRS means a taxable REIT subsidiary (as defined in Section 856(l) of the Code) of the General Partner.

  • Limited Liability Company Assets means all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all limited liability company capital and interest in other limited liability companies), at any time owned or represented by any Limited Liability Company Interest.

  • Company Interest means the interest of a Member in Profits, Losses and Distributions.
