CEEG definition

CEEG means China Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the PRC.
CEEG means Chinese Electrical Equipment Group Co., Ltd.
CEEG shall be cumulatively referred to as "the parties" hereinafter.
