CBE Project Agreement definition

CBE Project Agreement means the agreement between the Association and the CBE relating to the implementation of all or part of the Project, as such agreement may be amended from time to time. “CBE Project Agreement” includes the General Conditions as applied to the CBE Project Agreement, and all appendices, schedules and agreements supplemental to the CBE Project Agreement.

Related to CBE Project Agreement

  • Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.
