Each of the Loan Parties, other than Pacifica Papers Sales Inc., Pacifica Papers US Inc., Pacifica Poplars Inc., Catalyst US Holdco, Catalyst Paper (Snowflake) Inc., Catalyst Paper (USA) Inc.
Each of the Credit Parties, other than Catalyst US Holdco, Catalyst Paper (Snowflake) Inc., Catalyst Paper Recycling Inc., Catalyst Paper (USA) Inc.
Holdco has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
US Holdco means, notwithstanding anything in the Indenture to the contrary, Brookfield Infrastructure US Holdings I Corporation; and
Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Acquisition Subsidiary has the meaning specified in Section 7.14.
Acquisition Sub shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
BTCo means Bankers Trust Company, in its individual capacity, and any successor corporation thereto by merger, consolidation or otherwise.
Catalyst means a substance whose presence enhances the reaction between chemical compounds.
SDS means safety data sheets;
lone parent means a person who has no partner and who is responsible for and a member of the same household as a child or young person;
In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:
MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.
Mercury means elemental mercury (Hg(0), CAS No. 7439-97-6);
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
EBS means Electronic Bid Submission.
DPWH means the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Government of the Philippines.
Topco has the meaning set out in the Preamble;
FP means Farm Programs.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
CFC Holdco means any Domestic Subsidiary that has no material assets other than Equity Interests of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs.
Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
Natural parent means a minor's biological or adoptive parent, and includes the minor's noncustodial parent.
MergerSub has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.
SHC means Sears Holdings Corporation.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
