Cash Equity definition

Cash Equity has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(b).
Cash Equity means the Balance plus or minus unrealized profit.
Cash Equity means the aggregate amount of cash actually invested in (or contributed to) the Buyer Group by the Equity Investors pursuant to any Subscription Agreements.

More Definitions of Cash Equity

Cash Equity means, in connection with any Borrower Equity Cure Right, all Cash and Cash Equivalents received by the Borrower as contribution of capital, except any Cash and Cash Equivalents received in connection with the issuance of a Permitted Borrower Cure Security.
