Remaining Cash definition

Remaining Cash means all Cash reflected on the Debtor’s balance sheet as of the Effective Date, if any, including any amount which remains undrawn under the DIP Note as of the Effective Date following payment of all accrued unpaid amounts under the Budget.
Remaining Cash shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a)(iv).
Remaining Cash means all Cash held by or for the benefit of the Estate upon the Effective Date after transferring the Creditor Trust Funds.
