Case Report Forms definition
Case Report Forms means a record of the data and other information gathered on each Clinical Trial Subject pursuant to the Protocol.
Case Report Forms or “CRFs”: shall mean the Case Report Form which is a printed, optical or electronic document designed to record all of the Study required information which shall be reported to EORTC on each patient (Study Subject).
