CARQUEST CANADA LTD. Shares means, collectively, the CARQUEST CANADA LTD. Class “T” Common Shares and CARQUEST CANADA LTD. Class “X” Shares.

Related to CARQUEST CANADA LTD. Shares

  • SADC means the Southern African Development Community;

  • Locked-Up Shareholders means the Persons who are party to the Lock-Up Agreements.

  • BRRD II means Directive (EU) 2019/879 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the loss-absorbing and recapitalisation capacity of credit institutions and investment firms and Directive 98/26/EC.

  • Overseas Shareholders holders of Scheme Shares who are resident in, ordinarily resident in, or citizens of, jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom;

  • PTE means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time.

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

  • PT means Pacific Time.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • PTA means the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, a statutory body corporate established under Section 3 of the Act, and its predecessors and successors;

  • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.
