Care Unit definition

Care Unit means any one such unit;
Care Unit means a unit of accommodation provided as part of the Development comprising the assisted living apartments and care bungalows and Occupied for the purposes of C2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 as amended and “Care Units” shall be constructed accordingly;

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Intensive Care Unit means that part or unit of a Hospital established for and devoted to providing intensive medical and nursing care for Inpatients.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Service unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Share, as awarded under the Plan.
