Capital Health definition

Capital Health means the Capital District Health Authority, the QEII Health Sciences Centre, and the Nova Scotia Hospital;

Capital Health means the Capital District Health Authority as described as a party to this Agreement in the introduction and its successors and assigns.

• Capital Health Plan Retiree Advantage must disenroll you if you do not meet this requirement.

• The Member is free to choose any Primary Care Physician listed in Capital Health Plan's published list of Primary Care Physicians whose practice is open to additional Members.
