Capex Loan Maturity Date means with respect to any advances under the Capex Loan, December 31, 2000. The Borrower may elect in the same manner as Section 2.4 hereof to have interest accrue on the Capex Loan at (a) Daily LIBOR plus the Daily LIBOR Margin or (b) the Prime Commercial Rate.

Capex Loan Maturity Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1 of this Schedule.

Capex Loan Maturity Date means, with respect to each Advance of the CapEx Loan, the third (3rd) annual anniversary of the date of such Advance of the CapEx Loan.

In order to effectuate the foregoing, Borrower will execute a note evidencing such Converted Loans in the form set forth in Exhibit G attached hereto on the Capex Loan Maturity Date.
