Term Maturity Date definition
Term Maturity Date means April 15, 2025 (or, with respect to any Term Lender that has the maturity date of its Term Loans pursuant to a Permitted Amendment, the extended maturity date set forth in any such Loan Modification Agreement with respect thereto).
Term Maturity Date means the Term B Maturity Date, the Term C Maturity Date and the maturity date of any other Class of Term Loan as set forth in the applicable amendment documentation, as the context may require.
Term Maturity Date means, with respect to any Term Facility, the scheduled maturity date for such Term Facility under this Agreement.

Term Maturity Date applicable to a Borrower means the date selected by such Borrower that is no later than one year from the Revolving Maturity Date applicable to such Borrower upon conversion of the Loans made to such Borrower to Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.13(c).
