Caller Data definition

Caller Data means the data, including text, video, audio, image, and location data, regardless of form or media, that are submitted or transmitted by a Caller or Caller’s Mobile Device to Invictus via such Caller’s Mobile Device during the Term of this Agreement.

Examples of Caller Data in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement grants any right, title or interest in or to any Intellectual Property Rights in or relating to the Caller Platform Extensions and the Prepared Platform or any Caller Data, whether expressly, by implication, estoppal or otherwise.

  • All right, title and interest in and to the Caller Platform Extensions and the Prepared Platform and all Caller Data shall remain with lnvictus and its licensors.

  • Client acknowledges that lnvictus has no control over the Caller Data transmitted by a Caller and made available to Client's -Authorized _ Users from the Prepared Platform.

  • If Client has subscribed to the applicable Paid Subscription Tier, Client's Authorized Users that are Emergency Responders may also access the Caller Data remotely through Prepared Platform Extensions, provided that Client shall ensure that the number of such Users that are Emergency Responders shall not, at any time, exceed such maximum number of Emergency Responders as set forth in such Order.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that a Caller may not transmit any Caller Data despite requested to do so and any Caller Data transmitted by Caller may contain inaccurate or false Caller Data and may contain offensive or disturbing Caller Data.

  • Client shall maintain reasonable security measures to safeguard the Prepared Platform and Caller Data from unauthorized access or use or misuse or deactivation by any other Person, including by using only secure connections and secure Client Systems and maintaining the confidentiality of Access Credentials and not allowing any other Person, other than Client's Authorized Users, to use any Access Credentials (whether on Client's behalf of otherwise).

  • Client retains sole responsibility for (i) the Client Systems, (ii) the security and use of Client's and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials, and (iii) all access of the Prepared Platform and Caller Data, directly or indirectly, by or through its Authorized Users' Access Credentials, with or without Client's knowledge or consent.

  • All other rights in and to the Prepared Platform and Caller Data, are expressly reserved by lnvictus and its licensors.

  • The Service does not replace the need for Client to maintain regular data backups or redundant data archives of Client Data and Caller Data.

Related to Caller Data

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.
