Call Cycle definition
Call Cycle means, together, each First Call Period and the successive Second Call Periods which immediately follow such First Call Period.
Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.
pedal cycle means a cycle (which has the same meaning as that ascribed to it in Section 192 of the Road Traffic Act 1988).
Call Date The date on which the Call Right may be exercised, as specified in the applicable Supplement.
Subscription Period means the period from the Start Date until the expiry date stated in an Order.
Test cycle means a sequence of test points each with a defined speed and torque to be followed by the engine under steady state (WHSC) or transient operating conditions (WHTC).
