CAG HK definition

CAG HK means Cenntro Automotive Group Limited, a Hong Kong private company limited by shares and a wholly owned subsidiary of CAG, CEG means Cenntro Electric Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of CAG.
