Examples of CAF Advance Note in a sentence

  • Not later than three Business Days after receipt of such notice, the Borrower shall deliver to such Lender an Individual CAF Advance Note payable to the order of such Lender in the principal amount of each such CAF Advance and otherwise conforming to the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Each CAF Advance Note shall be dated the Initial Closing Date, and each CAF Advance evidenced thereby shall bear interest for the period from and including the Borrowing Date of such CAF Advance on the unpaid principal amount thereof from time to time outstanding at the applicable rate per annum determined as provided in, and such interest shall be payable as specified in, subsection 3.16(b).

  • Upon receipt of such Individual CAF Advance Note, such Lender shall endorse on the Schedule attached to its Grid CAF Advance Note the transfer of such CAF Advance from its Grid CAF Advance Note to such Individual CAF Advance Note.

  • Each CAF Advance Note shall be dated the Effective Date, and each CAF Advance evidenced thereby shall bear interest for the period from and including the Borrowing Date of such CAF Advance on the unpaid principal amount thereof from time to time outstanding at the applicable rate per annum determined as provided in, and such interest shall be payable as specified in, subsection 2.16(b).

  • In the event that any Revolving Credit Lender shall become a party to this Agreement on the Restatement Effective Date, each Revolving Credit Borrower shall issue a CAF Advance Note to such Revolving Credit Lender on the Restatement Effective Date.

Related to CAF Advance Note

  • Term Loan A Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term Loan A Lender evidencing the portion of the Term Loan A made by such Term Loan A Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Term Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term Loan Lender evidencing the portion of the Term Loans made by such Term Loan Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-3, and any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
