BURIOT definition

BURIOT shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Related to BURIOT

  • Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.

  • Waterbody means any accumulation of water, surface or underground, natural or artificial, including rivers, streams, creeks, ditches, swales, lakes, ponds, marshes, wetlands, and ground water. The term does not include any storage or treatment structures.

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

  • JetBrains or “We” means JetBrains s.r.o., having its principal place of business at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇/▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ID. No.: 265 02 275.

  • Firewood means wood cut to lengths less than four feet long. This includes firewood cut for personal use.
