Builder Arbitration Forum definition

Builder Arbitration Forum means the forum for arbitration of disputes between a Builder and Tarion as provided for in these Rules.

  • The Builder upon receipt shall resolve the deficiencies according to its obligations under the ONHWP Act within a reasonable period of time, failing which the unresolved items will be treated as warranty claims and any rights to challenge the assessment of the deficiencies as determined by Tarion (e.g. Builder Arbitration Forum) and possible sanctions for the Builder (e.g. chargeable conciliation) will apply.
