On 20 June 2013, BTMU and the DFS entered into a consent order in relation to BTMU's improper processing of US dollar clearing activity through BTMU New York Branch in breach of US sanctions between 2002 and March 2007.

New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.

Rabobank means Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A., “Rabobank Nederland”, New York Branch.

Bank of America means Bank of America, N.A. and its successors.
