Break-Even Date definition

Break-Even Date means the date on which the Existing Funds shall have recovered all Losses, without taking into account the Hurdle set forth in Section 5 (i.e., the first date following a Trigger Date on which the amount of Losses shall be zero).
Break-Even Date means the date the aggregate, after-tax profit (determined on a cash basis) attributable to the Springville Clinic (excluding all amounts collected from governmental sources including Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare) equals the aggregate costs incurred by Company and its Affiliates (including amounts reimbursed to Optionee) in connection with the purchase, development, and operation of the Springville Clinic.
Break-Even Date means the last day of the fiscal year in which the Company first (1) generates positive Net Income, excluding Timber Depletion Charges, or (2) positive Cash Flow, in either case for six (6) consecutive fiscal quarters or two (2) consecutive Fiscal Years.
