Breach Response Services definition

Breach Response Services means the following fees and costs in response to an actual or reasonably suspected Data Breach or Security Breach:
Breach Response Services means the following fees and costs incurred by the Fund Member with the Fund’s prior written consent in response to an actual or suspected Data Breach or Security Breach and will not include any internal salary or overhead expenses of the Fund Member:

Examples of Breach Response Services in a sentence

  • If accessing NKU Student, Employee, or other personal records, vendor needs Evidence Breach Response Services coverage with limits no less than $5,000,000.

  • However, if the Insured uses an attorney and other service providers recommended by the Company for all "Privacy Breach Response Services", then the threshold of 100 "notified individuals" set forth above shall not apply to the "call center services", but the self-insured retention shall continue to apply as set forth in the Declarations.

  • Privacy Breach Response Services, for a legal obligation to comply with a "breach notice law" because of an incident described in Paragraph 1.

  • In the event there is a change of law, regulation or enforcement that prevents the Underwriters or its service providers from providing all or part of the Privacy Breach Response Services, the Underwriters will make reasonable efforts to substitute other services but, if this is not possible, the Underwriters shall not be obligated to provide such services.

  • Privacy Breach Response Services also includes assistance from the BBR Services Team and access to educational and loss control information at no charge.

  • Eye/face wash shall deliver 0.19 L/s 3 gpm of aerated water at 207 kPa 30 psi flow pressure.

  • Unless otherwise specified in this Policy, Privacy Breach Response Services will be provided by the service providers listed in the information packet provided with this Policy.

  • Satisfaction of the applicable Deductible is a condition precedent to the payment by the Underwriters of any amounts or providing of any services hereunder, and the Underwriters shall be liable only for the amounts in excess of such Deductible subject to the Underwriters’ total limit of liability not exceeding the aggregate limits for each tower or limits of coverage for the Beazley Breach Response Services tower stated in the Declarations.

  • Except as provided in the Additional Breach Response Limits clause below, the Underwriters will not be obligated to provide any Breach Response Services after the number of individuals to whom services are provided under part 4.

  • Breach Response Services will be provided by providers listed in the Information Packet, will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy and the Information Packet, and will not include any internal salary or overhead expenses of the Insured Organization.

Related to Breach Response Services

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.

  • First responder means an emergency medical care provider, a registered nurse staffing an authorized service program under Iowa Code section 147A.12, a physician assistant staffing an authorized service program under Iowa Code section 147A.13, a fire fighter, or a peace officer as defined in Iowa Code section 801.4 who is trained and authorized to administer an opioid antagonist.

  • PQQ Response means the response submitted by the Supplier to the pre-qualification questionnaire issued by the Authority on 06/03/2012;

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in paragraph 6.1 of the Order Form;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Emergency Response Agency is a governmental entity authorized to respond to requests from the public to meet emergencies.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Direct response solicitation means a solicitation through a sponsoring or endorsing entity or individually solely through mails, telephone, the Internet or other mass communication media.

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8. Energy Efficiency Resource: “Energy Efficiency Resource” shall have the meaning specified in the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement. Energy Market Opportunity Cost:

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Nonprofessional services means any services not specifically identified as professional services in

  • extended producer responsibility ’ (EPR) means responsibility of any producer of packaging products such as plastic, tin, glass, wrappers and corrugated boxes, etc., for environmentally sound management, till end-of-life of the packaging products ;

  • Past Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the United States paid at or in connection with the Site through [insert date of most recent cost summary], plus Interest on all such costs through such date.]
