Printing Industry – Compositors, Cardboard Box Makers and Females (Cumberland and Newcastle) Award.
Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
Specialty pharmacy means a pharmacy that dispenses specialty drugs to patients and that is nationally accredited by an independent third party.
Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;
Sub-Processors mean any Affiliate, agent or assignee of Company that may process Personal Data pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and any unaffiliated processor engaged by Company.
Marijuana processor means a person who processes marijuana items in this state.
