Functional Printing Customer definition

Functional Printing Customer means any third-party end user to whom Seller or any of its Subsidiaries markets, grants or has granted a license to use Seller’s or its Subsidiary’s Intellectual Property to engage in Functional Printing and who has agreed by contract to use any Covered Products supplied by Seller or its Subsidiaries only for the fabrication of Functional Printing Articles and not to act as a reseller or distributor of such Covered Products.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
