Blocker Merger Sub 2 definition

Blocker Merger Sub 2 means Rapid Blocker 2 Merger Sub, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Blocker Merger Sub 3” means Rapid Blocker 3 Merger Sub, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Blocker Merger Sub 2 is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

Blocker Merger Sub 2 means Passport Merger Sub II Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of Thayer.
