Biomass-based dDiesel means a biodiesel (mono-alkyl ester) or a renewable diesel that complies with ASTM D975-14a, (2014), Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils, which is incorporated herein by reference. This includes a renewable fuel derived from co-processing biomass with a petroleum feedstock.

However, biomass-based diesel should only include co-processed fuel to the extent that the co-processed renewable diesel is greater than 5 percent of the total diesel volume.

  • Silicone-based Multi-purpose Lubricant means any lubricant which is:

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Facilities-Based CLEC means a CLEC that provides service through its own switch or a Third Party provider’s switch.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Polystyrene foam means blown polystyrene and expanded and

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Fiber-based Collocator means any carrier, unaffiliated with CenturyLink, that maintains a Collocation arrangement in a CenturyLink Wire Center, with active electrical power supply, and operates a fiber-optic cable or comparable transmission facility that (1) terminates at a Collocation arrangement within the Wire Center; (2) leaves the CenturyLink Wire Center premises; and (3) is owned by a party other than CenturyLink or any affiliate of CenturyLink, except as set forth in this paragraph. Dark fiber obtained from CenturyLink on an indefeasible right of use basis shall be treated as non- CenturyLink fiber-optic cable. Two (2) or more affiliated Fiber-based Collocators in a single Wire Center shall collectively be counted as a single Fiber-based Collocator. For purposes of this definition, the term "affiliate" is defined by 47 U.S.C. § 153(1).

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.   • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).
