Bids will be rejected as irregular if, prior to the formal opening of the bid, all of the following documents have not been signed: (1) the bidder shall sign by written signature the Bid form, (2) the bidder shall sign by written signature the Bid Certification form, (3) the bidder shall sign by written signature the Bid Bond form or the Bid Security, whichever is applicable, (4) the Agent or Attorney-in-Fact representing a Surety Company shall sign by written signature the Bid Bond, if applicable.
