GSK Canada acknowledges and understands that Corixa's ability to supply Therapies to GSK Canada under this Agreement is limited by the BI Pharma Agreements, the McKesson Agreement, and the Nordion Agreements and Corixa's agreements with other suppliers and other licensees, including SB and Amersham PLC.
