Berry Intercompany Claims means any Claim held by one Debtor against a Berry Debtor, other than the Berry Intercompany Settled Claims.

Excluded from Settled Claims are claims relating to the enforcement of the Stipulation or the Settlement.

  • Permitted Intercompany Investments means Investments made by (a) a Loan Party to or in another Loan Party and (b) a Subsidiary that is not a Loan Party to or in another Subsidiary that is not a Loan Party.
