ARTICLE BEREAVEMENT PAY: Whenever there is a death of a member of the immediate family of an employee on the Seniority List while the employee is actively working for the Employer, the employee will, upon application and proof of death, receive leave of absence with pay for three days immediately following the date of such death, if they are scheduled work days.
