Beechcraft. “Hawker Beechcraft”, “Rapid”, “RAPID”, Hawker Beechcraft Parts & Distribution, HBP&D and all the other HBC trademarks and trade names, (collectively, the “HBC Trademarks and Trade Names”) including distinctive outlines and forms that are applied to HBC airplanes, parts and equipment and that HBC owns all rights, privileges and goodwill pertaining thereto.
