BCDR Services definition

BCDR Services means the Business Continuity Services and Disaster Recovery Services;
BCDR Services means the Business Continuity Services and Disaster Recovery Services; Business Continuity Services has the meaning given to it in paragraph 122.2.2 of Call Off Schedule 10 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery); Call Off Commencement Date means the date of commencement of this Call Off Contract set out in paragraph 1.1 of the Order Form;
BCDR Services the business continuity and disaster recovery services set out in Schedule 8.6 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);

Examples of BCDR Services in a sentence

  • If the Supplier is the Affected Party, it shall not be entitled to claim relief under Clause 40 to the extent that consequences of the relevant Force Majeure Event: are capable of being mitigated by any of the provision of any Services, including any BCDR Services, but the Supplier has failed to do so; and/or should have been foreseen and prevented or avoided by a prudent provider of services similar to the Services, operating to the standards required by this Call Off Contract.

  • If the Supplier is the Affected Party, it shall not be entitled to claim relief under this Clause 44 to the extent that consequences of the relevant Force Majeure Event: are capable of being mitigated by any of the provision of any Services, including any BCDR Services, but the Supplier has failed to do so; and/or should have been foreseen and prevented or avoided by a prudent provider of Services similar to the Services, operating to the standards required by this Call Off Contract.

  • Subject to this Agreement, Stryve hereby grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non­transferable license under Stryve's IPR to install and use the Software, solely for the use by the Client in connection with the use of BCDR Services for internal disaster recovery and business continuity services.

  • Have a race and/or diversity background and be an employee or volunteer in good standing at a CentraCare entity.

  • If the Supplier is the Affected Party, it shall not be entitled to claim relief under Clause 41 to the extent that consequences of the relevant Force Majeure Event: are capable of being mitigated by any of the provision of any Services, including any BCDR Services, but the Supplier has failed to do so; and/or should have been foreseen and prevented or avoided by a prudent provider of Services similar to the Services, operating to the standards required by this Call Off Contract.

  • If the Supplier is the Affected Party, it shall not be entitled to claim relief under this Clause 38 to the extent that consequences of the relevant Force Majeure Event: are capable of being mitigated by any of the provision of any Services, including any BCDR Services, but the Supplier has failed to do so; and/or should have been foreseen and prevented or avoided by a prudent provider of Services similar to the Services, operating to the standards required by this Call Off Contract.
